Behind

Hi,

Sorry there were no blog post last week. I was down with my knee and had the nerves burned in it on Thursday. That kept me down for two days. Combine those two things together and I ended up behind on my word count for Camp NaNo, so this weekend, which is when I usually write my blog post I am having to play catch up, so there will be no post this week either. Soon as Camp NaNo is over I will be able to resume posting regularly. Hopefully.

Bare with me and I will get back on track.

Have a great week,
Julia

Thursday Opening Line

Hope all enjoyed the short story I free wrote for you over the last few weeks. It was fun to do so. I was going to give you another one, but I have Camp NaNo coming up and there will be lots of writing to get done during the month on the next book I hope to release this year. Since that’s the case, I’m going to revert back to doing some opening line post. One difference this time round. I’m not using any photos. They are simply based off a certain concept.
Thursday subject: Demon
Opening Line: Blackness crept under the door, filling the room as Lucifer, the ruler of the deepest part of hell, formed.

Tuesday's subject: Supernatural Creature
Opening Line:  A second look did nothing to erase the lifeless eyes staring up from the half-human, half horse.
