Inspirational Writing Challenge

Today I’m loading a photo that called to me soon as I spotted it. Mainly because it was an amazing shot of a wave overcasting everything I could imagine being caught  by it. This week I was searching Pinetrest and ran across this photo. It made me think of the bright blue eyes that the character I am working on for a new story had. Needless to say, I pinned it to ensure creativity at a later point.

This week’s inspirational photo caught my eye when I visited Pinterest. I went to find a nice photo of a werewolf I saved for today’s post, but I spotted this one and it called to me, because of a story brewing in my mind. I think I will save it to inspire me a bit later.

The other day I was searching just for the fun of it and ran across this. Initallly my mind sprang to wondering what mysteries lurked behind the amazing, beautiful waterfall. An opening leading to an underground cave. Stones stained by wear and tear of nature? What does your mind go to when you see this photo?

Once again this week, I found myself looking for swords photos that inspired my brain to design one for this story idea I’m developing. This photos gave me a great idea. The dragon like design on the handle gave me a couple of ideas that sparked my mind. Never know when you may see my final conception from this photo on here.

This week’s photo came about when I was doing some searching for unique sword photos. Swords have really been on my mind this past week. I’ve had this idea wiggling to life for months and each time my mind fits another piece together a clearer image forms. This photo filled in another missing link for me. Before long I will have a full blown story idea laid out in my mind.

First thoughts that popped into my mind when I saw this photo.

I hadn’t seen it in eighteen years. Then only once before when Malcom lost control of his Pure Blood Wolf magic. The purples mingled in with the pink, which faded into green. The red flared down his neck, consuming his body, all except his chest which glowed yellow. What stood out among all that was his intense light blue and teal like green eyes that bore into his enemgy.

I’d love to hear what came to your mind when you saw it. Even if it a simply word.

How could this photo not ignite my creativity. A wolf breathing fire. First idea that came to mind was a werewolf mixed with a fire dragon breed.
