Tsuhigumo is a Japanese Mythology fearsome shape-shifting
demon in the shape of a hairy spider. Know to spin imges to draw people into
the web to dine on their blood.
There are many tales about the legendary warrior Raiko
(948-1021 CE) related to this creature. They have been told on the Japanese
stage.
